Finance Process & Systems Lead Our mission for you Build the systems and process backbone of the Finance function in one of the most complex industries – and shape how Finance can be run differently. trawa is transforming how mid-sized companies access green, intelligent energy. That means building in a market shaped by decades-old logic, extensive regulation, and highly complex data structures: 15-minute time series, PPAs, spot, futures, and direct marketing. All of this needs to flow into Finance in a way that is accurate, efficient, and scalable. We're looking for a Finance Process & Systems Lead to take real ownership of how Finance operates, scales, and automates at trawa. This is a blue-sky role: you'll design our system landscape, redesign core processes end to end, lead the Finance side of our ERP rollout, and turn AI and automation from side experiments into core infrastructure. You'll work closely with the Finance team across all functions, as well as Business Operations, Tech, Data, and other key stakeholders, to build the foundations that allow Finance to scale with the business.
