About the Role

We're looking for a Program Manager (m/f/d) to drive planning, delivery, and operational excellence across our engineering department. You will work with cross-functional programs, coordinating and building the operating rhythms that keep teams aligned, and turning technical progress into clear, decision-ready insights for leadership.

What You'll Do

  • Own end-to-end program planning and delivery for the department, coordinating cross-functional initiatives spanning multiple engineering disciplines (e.g., hardware, electronics, software, controls, and test & validation).
  • Coordinate delivery milestones across teams, tracking cross-functional dependencies, surfacing and resolving blockers, and ensuring alignment at every program milestone.
  • Run the department's business review cadence, preparing and driving monthly reviews covering organizational goals — synthesizing technical progress, risks, and dependencies into executive-ready insights for senior leadership.
  • Build and maintain a single source of truth for all programs in Jira, establishing program frameworks, operating cadences, and visibility tools for cross-functional partners on bi-weekly and monthly cycles.
  • Develop and run a resource planning framework, leading regular reviews to align team
