The team agrees– our employee NPS is in the high 80s. About the role We’re looking for a Founding European SDR to help launch and scale Tremendous’ outbound motion internationally. As one of our first international SDR hire, you’ll be responsible for identifying, engaging, and booking meetings with high-potential prospects, while helping define how we sell into new European markets. You will partner closely with Account Executives to generate meetings and act as the first point of contact for prospective customers. This role requires strong outbound execution across email, phone, social, events, and field marketing, with meaningful ownership over account development and early market strategy.
