Your Mission As Head of Supply Chain , you own every part of how physical goods reach our fleet and our riders, from the purchase order to the shelf to the courier's bike. You report to our Director of Operations and work directly with Hardware, Finance, Software and our country teams. In particular you will: Own supply chain end to end: Purchasing, warehousing, stock keeping and outbound logistics across our European network, as one function with one owner. You ultimately ensure we have the right number of bikes, batteries and parts at the right time, the right place and the best price. Oversee our assembly & refurbishment activities: Manage our assembly and refurbishment partners, own the bills of material for everything we build from purchased components as well as internal refurbishment with
