🎯 The role We're French, post-Series B scale-up, and now building the UK from the ground up — first councils signed, first go-lives delivered. We are already working with +200 local authorities in France, Belgium & Switzerland and are now expanding in the UK. As CCTV Project Supervisor , you'll take the lead in delivering, supporting and supervising client projects, and reporting to Manuella (Head of Operations). This is a great fit if you enjoy working hands-on with hardware in the field, coordinating partners to get things installed right, and want to be part of a team that values ownership, collaboration and getting things done. 🚀 What you'll do PMO delivery Lead the end-to-end rollout of our installations across council sites, ensuring smooth delivery from kick-off to handover. Oversee the configuration and commissioning of camera units to meet each council's requirements. Partner management Train and certify partners on the installation and maintenance of our solutions, ensuring compliance with our quality and uptime standards. Act as the interface between installation partners and HQ, coordinating schedules, priorities and escalations. Client technical support Serve as the named technical point of contact for councils, triaging and resolving issues within defined SLAs. Challenge orientation choice and ensure that the partner meets Vizzia’s standards regarding execution and delivery-time.
