As an AI Deployment Manager, you’ll drive adoption, deliver measurable business value, and help shape how AI transforms engineering teams. You’ll act as the connective tissue between customer stakeholders and our internal teams, influencing both the Cursor roadmap and each customer’s implementation strategy. This role is highly cross‑functional and customer‑facing. You understand software development workflows, care deeply about developer tools, and love helping engineering organizations succeed at scale.
