Technical Success Manager - Autodesk Forma (Construction Specialist)

Job Requisition ID # 26WD95649 Position Overview We are looking for Construction Industry professionals who are passionate about driving digital transformation throughout the industry. Coming from the AEC industry or having worked in the AEC tech industry, you willl utilise your experience to solve everyday customer challenges, engineering value for them through adoption of Autodesk Construction Cloud. Reporting to the Senior Manager of Construction Customer Success, you will lead technical engagements with some of the largest AECO organisations in EMEA. You will partner with the Customer Success Manager to deliver standardised and custom offerings which will be in consideration of documented programs in the Customer Success Plan. You will deliver and document health checks, custom workflows, training sessions, create dashboards, reports, and integrations to help customers achieve their desired outcomes.
