Come build your future with us. About the Role: As Senior Product Designer, you will define how AI feels for the teams building our homes. You'll shape the experiences that our Superintendents and Direct Construction Operators (DCOs) rely on every day - across our mobile application, advanced AI based video analysis, and new experiences around automated data capture on site. This is a role for a designer who blends sharp interaction design with strong visual craft. You'll take novel, sometimes ambiguous AI capabilities - computer vision, multimodal models, agents - and turn them into interfaces that feel clear, trustworthy, and genuinely delightful on a jobsite.
