Manufacturing Quality Engineer

This role is responsible for the generation, implementation, and management of a Manufacturing focused Meta Quality Program, by establishing a Quality Program that is focused on people, processes and accountability through influential vendor management and effective partnerships with site-based stakeholders (General Contractor Teams, Vendor Teams, Trade Partners, and Infra-Data Center Teams). Through leadership and partnerships, the Manufacturing Quality Engineers will apply established quality methodologies and program standards to drive vendor improvement objectives and issue mitigation strategies to ensure day one readiness, predictable on-time delivery, and operational reliability of our global campuses.ResponsibilitiesConduct vendor audits, evaluate on site trend data reflective of vendor performance (set in place inspections, construction, start-up, and commissioning execution) and establish strategic vendor improvement objectives to refine vendor processes, training and phase gating that result in reduced risk of shipping issues to sites and impacting start-up and commissioning* Develop and monitor quality program metrics to evaluate vendor manufacturing and project performance.
