Position overview

Manaferra is seeking a Senior SEO & GEO Specialist. The successful candidate will be responsible for the strategy and performance of university accounts, including auditing, defining the strategic direction, overseeing delivery, and reporting results to clients.

This is a strategy and ownership position. The Senior SEO & GEO Specialist serves as the strategic lead on each account and the primary authority on what is being done and why.

Key responsibilities

• Audit and strategy development. Conduct comprehensive SEO and AI-visibility audits for new and existing accounts, and translate findings into prioritized strategies spanning technical SEO, on-page and program-page optimization, content, link building, and visibility within large language models.

• Execution oversight. Review deliverables and ensure the strategy is implemented as designed and on schedule. The role carries accountability for account results, not only for the strategic plan.

• Performance management. Monitor performance across organic search and AI platforms, identify trends and gaps, and adjust the strategy proactively.
