The role Multiverse Germany's MD Office is looking for a proactive, tech-forward and experienced Executive Business Partner (m/w/d) to support the Managing Director (MD) and Chief of Staff (CoS), to help run a fast-growing Berlin office. Executive and business operations support is the core of this role: your responsibility will lie in managing the diary of the MD and other senior leaders, helping to drive our overall business operations and company rhythm. With competing priorities inevitably arising, this role will require you to use your judgment to prevent unnecessary involvement of the MD in day-to-day situations or proactively involve him or the CoS when urgent. You'll also work closely with the UK team to keep Multiverse Germany aligned with company-wide rhythms. In addition to that, you’ll have the option to help build a high-performance, high-agency culture (e.g., owning the internal event calendar and other initiatives) in the Berlin office.
