You stay actively involved in key client engagements (as Project Lead or in steering—guiding the team, translating client goals, and assuring high-quality results), take responsibility for recruiting top talent, stay regularly present in our Munich office (at least 40% onsite), and serve as a trusted advisor at C-level.
