QA Lead €90K – €130K • Offers Equity • Offers Bonus About the role We're looking for a hands on QA Lead who sees quality as a product problem, not just a testing problem. This isn't a traditional QA role focused solely on executing test cases or building automation frameworks. Instead, you'll own quality end-to-end, sitting between Product and Engineering to ensure we ship fast without compromising user experience. You'll be given problems, not step-by-step instructions. We need someone who is highly autonomous, product-minded, engineering-oriented, and AI-native. We are looking for someone who can identify where quality risks exist, decide how best
