Founding Sales Development Representative (SDR DACH)

About The Role Vivid Money is redefining how modern businesses, growing SMEs, and financial institutions manage and optimize their capital. From high-yield Interest Accounts and multi-currency infrastructure to treasury tools and team cards, we provide the modern financial platform that traditional banks make too slow and expensive. We are expanding our business presence across Germany. We aren’t looking for an SDR to just follow a pre-written playbook; we are looking for our Founding SDR for the DACH market. Working directly alongside our Founding Account Executive, you will be employee number one on the SDR side, responsible for building the outbound engine from scratch. Your core focus will be opening doors with SMB decision-makers (CEOs, CFOs, Finance Directors), while strategically mapping and testing outreach to adjacent personas like holding structures, PE/VC portfolio leads, and family offices.
