General Description As (Senior) Sales Manager Wholesale & B2B , you are a key pillar of our sales team and responsible for establishing and expanding our wholesale and B2B partnerships. You independently manage a portfolio of national and international key accounts, develop new business relationships, and ensure that our brand is present with the right partners. Your Role Independent management and strategic development of a portfolio of wholesale and B2B key accounts Acquisition and onboarding of new partners in the retail, concept store, and corporate segments Negotiation and closure of commercial contracts as well as terms negotiations with buyers and decision-makers Development and implementation of tailored sales strategies for different channels and markets Preparation and presentation of proposals, order sheets, and seasonal presentations Close collaboration with internal departments (e.g., Marketing, Finance, Logistics, and Product Management) to ensure smooth order processing Maintenance and structured documentation of all customer data and sales processes in CRM (Salesforce) Market and competitor monitoring as well as identification of new sales opportunities Your Skills and Experience At least 3–5 years of professional experience in B2B sales or wholesale, ideally in the premium fashion, lifestyle, accessories, or travel goods industry High motivation to achieve goals and drive growth Experience managing key accounts and steering complex sales processes Strong nego
