As our Talent Acquisition Partner, you’ll build and own a core talent vertical: Engineering, AI Implementation, Go-to-Market, or our growing U.S. organization. You’ll work directly with our founders and leadership team to attract the people who will drive Lio’s next stage. What You’ll Do Own end-to-end recruiting for core talent verticals Partner with hiring managers to define requirements, challenge assumptions, and develop effective search strategies Proactively identify and engage exceptional passive talent through LinkedIn and other relevant channels Build strong, diverse pipelines for current and future hiring needs Advise hiring managers throughout the selection process and drive confident, evidence-based hiring decisions Manage candidates from initial outreach through offer, negotiation, and close Create an exceptional, personal, and consistent candidate experience Build and continuously improve interview processes, scorecards, sourcing strategies, and recruiting workflows Track recruiting metrics and use data to improve quality, speed, and conversion across the funnel Strengthen Lio’s employer brand and develop creative ways to reach
