ABOUT THE ROLE We are looking for an HR & EOR Operations Manager to join our Swiss entity on a part-time basis. This is a hands-on operational role - not a purely administrative or advisory position. As part of the role, you will serve as the named Responsible Person for the Swiss entity under SECO/Zürich personnel leasing law, fulfilling a standing legal obligation tied to our EOR licence. This means you must be genuinely employed, operationally involved, and present in Switzerland - not an external adviser lending a name to a form. Day-to-day workload is manageable within a 50% FTE, and you will be fully supported by the company's global HR, payroll and compliance teams. Other concurrent work or mandates are welcome, provided they do not interfere with your availability and supervision of the entity's activities.
