About the Role: We’re looking for a Talent Intelligence Partner to help us identify, understand, and engage exceptional AI talent around the world. This is a sourcing-led recruiting role. You’ll spend much of your time researching the frontier AI landscape, mapping leading labs, universities, startups, and research communities, and building relationships with exceptional researchers and engineers, often well before they are considering their next move. Your job isn’t simply to fill open roles. It’s to understand where exceptional AI talent is emerging and help AMI build relationships before those individuals become obvious candidates. This is also a hands-on startup role. You should be scrappy, resourceful, and willing to jump into whatever keeps a critical search moving—from recruiting operations and interview scheduling to candidate management, offers, and closing.
