Product Manager (12 month FTC)

Product at HelloFresh is exciting. We’re talking recipe ranges, box types and, or product additions such as our surcharge portfolio (range of value added recipes that customers can pay extra for to acquire). Reporting directly into our Head of Menu Strategy and Product Development, you will sit at the vital intersection of customer, operations and web-development. Without this team, we can’t stay number one globally and so we want someone to come in and use their energy, passion and outstanding project management to help us continue to give customers the best products in the market.

What You Will Be Doing:

• Strategically own and manage the end-to-end range and assortment planning for Surcharge (HelloFresh and GC) and Market for HelloFresh UK. This involves significant collaboration with the global HFM team, who manage much of the strategic planning, to ensure local execution aligns with global initiatives while driving basket penetration and safeguarding high-margin revenue streams.
• Lead performance reporting and tracking across all value-added revenue streams, utilizing data-driven insights to optimize product performance, drive margin growth, and identify opportunities for AOV and basket expansion.
