Operations Manager - Education & Student Services

London School of Excellence is looking for a highly organised and proactive Operations Manager to oversee our day-to-day education operations. The successful candidate will manage staff activity, student communication, application progress, university correspondence, operational reporting and partnership development. This is a hands-on management role for someone who can keep multiple teams and processes organised, ensure tasks are completed on time, and provide management with clear visibility of ongoing operations. Tasks Manage and monitor day-to-day staff activities, attendance, punctuality and overall performance. Allocate daily and weekly tasks and ensure work is completed on time. Conduct brief team check-ins and review staff weekly reports. Monitor whether students, agents and universities are being contacted and followed up by the responsible team. Oversee student enquiries, application progress, outstanding documents and pending actions. Ensure applications are properly assigned, updated and progressed without unnecessary delay. Monitor university communication, application follow-ups, offers, conditions and outstanding matters. Assign or coordinate important operational emails and internal communication. Support and monitor new university/education partnership activities, including follow-ups and meetings. Ensure staff correctly update the CRM and internal systems.
