Your mission As an Innovation Engineer, you drive the next generation of our security awareness and human risk products. Your core mission is to identify the innovations that matter next and then validate them, fast and with substance. Sometimes that means building a prototype, sometimes it means running a structured experiment with a customer. You work closely with our innovation team and directly with customers. How your day-to-day will look like: Identify innovations: You keep an eye on the cyber market, what competitors are doing, and what customers are asking for, then derive in a well-founded way which innovation we should build next and how we position ourselves. Validate innovations: You test whether an idea actually holds up. Often this means rapidly building a working prototype, but always it means delivering real insights: does it work, what does it cost, is it worth pursuing? Run innovation projects with customers: You bring innovations directly to our enterprise customers, run joint projects, and become a close, trusted point of contact.
