We’re hiring our first General Counsel to lead all legal and compliance matters as we expand globally. This is a unique opportunity for a French bar–certified lawyer who wants to join a fast-growing SaaS/AI company at a formative stage, working closely with the CEO and leadership team. What You’ll Do Lead the Legal Function Establish and scale Sifflet’s legal department as the company grows across Europe and the US. Act as trusted advisor to the CEO, board, and leadership team. Commercial & Customer Contracts Draft, review, and negotiate enterprise SaaS agreements, data processing agreements, NDAs, and strategic partnerships. Structure scalable processes for high-volume enterprise deals. Corporate Governance & Fundraising Support governance, shareholder relations, and equity/ESOP administration. Partner with leadership on financing rounds and corporate structuring (France HQ, US subsidiary). Regulatory & Compliance Ensure compliance with GDPR, EU data/AI regulations, and security standards (ISO, SOC2). Monitor emerging AI legislation in France, the EU, and beyond — and turn compliance into a competitive advantage. Employment & HR Legal Supp
