After becoming a leading player in a few markets in record time, we are looking to grow our engineering team and keep expanding the financial infrastructure for FX and cross-border payments in Africa. Role overview As Infrastructure & Security Lead, you will join a small team of experienced engineers and be responsible for evolving our cloud infrastructure and its security controls. You will work directly with our CTO to build the foundations that keep LuoPay secure, reliable, and compliant as we scale. The scope covers our GCP infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, security tooling, as well as the security and compliance program that regulators, partners, and customers depend on. Key responsibilities Analyze our infrastructure and map security risks. Write clear, concise design documents to share infrastructure targets with the rest of the engineering team. Use Terraform to evolve our GCP infrastructure. Use GCP-native security tooling to protect our network, services and databases within GCP. Automate security testing within our delivery pipelines. Research and onboard new tools to improve our reliability and security posture. Work alongside our CTO to implement our security and compliance framework.
