The main objective of this role is to contact non-fault third parties immediately following an accident to offer direct services—such as replacement vehicles, vehicle repair, or personal injury management—before the third party instructs a credit hire company or solicitor. Proactive Third-Party Capture & Negotiation Review incoming first-notification-of-loss (FNOL) claims daily to identify actionable third-party capture opportunities. Make immediate outbound contact with third parties (via telephone, SMS, or email) to offer company-backed repair services and mobility solutions. Negotiate direct settlements for vehicle damage, minor injury, and loss of use while maintaining cost-control benchmarks. 2.
