Working Student - Healthcare Sales

What you'll do We are currently searching for an additional Healthcare Sales Working Student to support our sales and account management activities in our healthcare business. From our headquarters in Heidelberg and your home office, you will work with our international team of Healthcare Sales Consultants and Sales Leadership Team to achieve targets, ensure profitability and grow the business. You will be responsible for recurring administrative tasks and participate in lead generation activities. Together with our Healthcare Sales Consultants, you’ll shape our approach to better target our prospects and potential customers. Furthermore, you will be directly involved in shaping the AI Strategy of the department aimed to automatize and optimize sales processes. Onboarding and training will take place at our headquarters in Heidelberg. This role is unique at Mint Medical in that it is exceptionally varied. One day you’ll be working with the team in a workshop to develop a new sales strategy, the next you’ll be analyzing our current CRM data or pitching our latest innovative software solution. It’s always exciting, giving you the chance to explore and expand your own capabilities in this fast-paced field.
